Return and Refund Policy

You may, within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order, return any item in unused, original condition for a full refund. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product.( If you return item within the period mentioned above  we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.)

You must  return the product to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Delivery

1. All orders for stock items are processed and shipped in the order they are received within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) upon receipt of the payment confirmation.
2. The delivery time for out of stock items depends on the type of product. We will notify you of the expected delivery time, as soon as we receive your order.
3. We ship world-wide using Hellenic Post .
4. Shipping time estimates(approx. 25 days) are subject to clients’ location, weather conditions and customs screenings, so please kindly wait. Usually items arrive much faster than our estimates, but some parcels are randomly held by customs for screenings and this can delay the delivery.
5. Delivery charges depend on the weight and/or size of the products ordered.
